Once the payment is completed and access is granted, no refund, cancellation, or exchange will be provided under any circumstances.


2. Duplicate Payment or Transaction Error

In case of a technical error, such as a duplicate payment or failed transaction where the amount was deducted but access was not received,

After verification, the duplicate or failed transaction amount (if applicable) will be refunded within 7–10 business days.


3. Refund Timeline

  • Refunds may take 5–10 working days to reflect in your account.
  • Refunds are not applicable for discounted or promotional offers.
